Headquarters in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo with eight regional branches. Approximately 80,000 members. President: Yoshihiro Kitamura (physician). Member of World Federation of Right to Die Societies. Explicitly opposes active euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide. Services limited to living will registration, physician network referral, and educational materials in Japanese.
