By accessing or using Epidaurus ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised access.

Licence to Digital Content

Upon purchase or subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and read the purchased digital content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

• Individual report purchases grant access to that specific report only.
• Category subscriptions grant access to all published reports in the chosen category for the duration of the subscription period.
• Full-site and lifetime subscriptions grant access to all published reports across all categories, as described at the point of purchase.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file for the stated amount. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing active subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including reports, scores, rankings, editorial text, design, code, and data — is the exclusive property of Epidaurus or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without our written permission.
• Share, resell, or distribute your account credentials or purchased content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure, security, or other users.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Epidaurus or pass our research off as your own.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epidaurus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epidaurus and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
