Transplant Capabilities in Singapore: Runs nine transplant programmes. Performed its 1,000th deceased-donor kidney transplant in 2018. Currently manages over 1,000 active kidney transplant recipients in follow-up. In 2024 SGH accounted for 50% of all adult liver transplants in Singapore. JCI-accredited. SGH 1-year patient and graft survival (2022–2023): 100% for both deceased and living donor kidney. SGH 5-year kidney results (2018–2019): 90–97% patient survival; 90–94% graft survival. SGH liver 1-year: 100% patient and graft survival for living donor (2015–2024); zero living-donor mortality since programme inception in 2005; SGH 5-year liver: 89.1% patient, 87.9% graft for deceased donor. Provides pharmacist-led immunosuppression clinics, biopsy services, and interventional radiology on an outpatient basis.
